A: Please you usually share below info to check suitable machine.*Specific drawing*Wire material*Additional function you need with the machine ,such as chamfering, threading, etc.We will check best solution and offer for your requests after checking details.
What is your payment term?

A: 30% payment in advance as a deposit, and 70% balance before shipment.
If computer can set customer own language to let their work to run the machine?

A: Surely, we can set two languages in the controller, we can set the language you asked, we just need your help about some key translate to load into controller.
How can I get training if have no experience about machine?

A: We will send manual book with machine and also can send video to show you how to run machine if you have doubts.
Is the machine tested before shipment?

A: We will do the following tests: 1. Wire feeding accuracy test 2. 360 hours continuous running-in test 3. Machine adjustment test according to customer's products, etc.
How can I know if UnionSpring machine can produce my product precision?

A: If you have high precision outputs requests, would you please send check gauge or parts which this outputs will fit, we will set parts for you to fit them. Or we can send samples for you to measure.
